Yanni

While acroyali was playing on my phone this morning, my greek friend asked me if i liked Yanni and I answered yes. When the music ended, he asked me if I have any other Yanni song and I said I only got acroyali at the moment...

Come to think of it... some years back when hubby used to live in the dorm he had a Yanni CD. Never saw it since then. So I asked him about it at lunch time.

"I don't know, I think I gave it away". Sayang.

And then he said we'll just get Yanni's latest album in the weekend. Yay!

Delubyo!

It was bound to happen.

Siksikan na ang mga tao sa Maynila. Pati mga buildings parang sardinas, halos magkakadikit. Ang mga ilog, puro basura. Ang mga drainages puro clogged ng basura, karamihan plastics. Ang daanan puro sementado. Halos wala ng lupa na pwedeng sumipsip ng tubig-ulan. Ang mga puno pinagpuputol to give way to residential needs. Pinabayaan natin.

Lesson learned.

Tulungan po natin sila. Even in our own little way, let us help our kababayans who are most affected by this current disaster in our midst.

The teen is now a lady

My niece, Colleen Abigail turned 18 today. Since we won't be on her party on Saturday, we decided to take her to dinner after her class. While waiting for the food, we gave her her gifts: a digital videocam from Glenn, Anne Klein watch, belt, earrings and an imported lotion from me, and of course, her cash gift.

Happy 09-09-09 everyone!

9-9-9 will be the last of the single digit date, the next one will be after about 1000 years. Yup, quite some time it'll be, folks. Maybe it will be great if we celebrate and do something memorable on this day. Or list down nine goals or do nine nice things or simply think of nine things that we should be really, really thankful for and GIVE THANKS.

Oh well, happy birthday to all you niners out there! May all your good wishes come true!

How did it happen?

I have 3 blogs. I got plurk. A facebook, a friendster and am on twitter too.

I have an official email, a pseudo-official email, and three personal email accounts. Two of them, I hardly use. Hmmnnn...

How did that happen? Now I feel I've so much on my plate already. Gotta spill off some of them... soon.

I have to start somewhere... SOON!!!

Hindi ko sya favorite nung panahon ng Charlie's angels pero labs ko ang hairstyle nya. Plus- may kasunod na Majors ang pangalan nya nun so mas naging ok na rin sya sa akin... feel na feel ko kasi nuon si Six Million Dollar Man, Lee Majors.

Well, whaddayaknow...

Went home to Libmanan recently and were surprised to be greeted along the road with all these street signs - with each and every metal pole bearing the gov's name.
Hmmmnnn... how exag naman. I wonder if he's seen 'em...
